All orders placed on KoyoCart are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: Processing times may slightly increase during high-volume periods, major holiday seasons, or exclusive product launches. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our customer support team will contact you directly via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options tailored to your urgency and budget. Shipping charges for your order are dynamically calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Important Note on Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier partners and serve as guidelines. While KoyoCart makes every effort to ensure packages arrive within the specified timeframes, unexpected transit delays due to weather conditions, carrier bottlenecks, or customs clearance are beyond our immediate control.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link typically becomes active and updates with real-time status data within 24 hours of dispatch.

We deliver to residential and commercial physical addresses globally.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Please note that express courier services do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases. If you provide a P.O. Box address, your order will automatically default to standard postal shipping, which may extend delivery times.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
KoyoCart is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and handling fees).
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and complete. If a package is returned to KoyoCart due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as any additional charges incurred to reship the package.
7. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives physically damaged, or if it is declared lost by the transit carrier, please adhere to the following steps:

Save all original packaging materials, damaged goods, and invoices.

Take clear photographs of the outer box and the damaged product.

Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery (or within 7 days of the missing estimated delivery date) to file a claim. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or process a full refund.
